False imprisonment is a huge offense due to the high regard the law has for liberty. In Chitty’s Practice of the Law it states:

The infraction of personal liberty has ever been regarded as one of the greatest injuries. The injuries to liberty are principally termed “false imprisonments, or malicious prosecutions.“

And, …. the cops/deputies/troopers in your town or county will happily do this crime against the People every day, … for a Paycheck!

They love to beat down the citizenry, and throw folks in the cage, for the money, and chance for advancement. Let their crimes pay you, instead of cost you.

Hamilton County Deputies roust Reginald Arrington before inviting 3 more to help in whipping his ass, with night sticks.

(1) Detention or restraint against one’s will; and

(2) The unlawfulness of such detention or restraint.

In his Treatise on the Law of Torts, Judge Cooley states:

“False imprisonment is a wrong akin to the wrongs of assault and battery, and consists in imposing, by force or threats, an unlawful restraint upon a man’s freedom of locomotion.”

Blackstone, in his Commentaries on the Law, (3 Bl. Comm. 127) states on this matter:

Every confinement of the person is an imprisonment, whether it be in a common prison, or in a private house, or in the stocks, or even by forcibly detaining one in the public streets.

What a simple and profitable business to start-up and run, supplying huge income and part-time hours. Being falsely arrested/imprisoned is one of the easiest things one of the People can do in America today!

The only thing the plaintiff needs to plead and to prove is one of two things, either:

(1) that the defendant made an arrest or imprisonment, or

(2) that the defendant affirmatively instigated, encouraged, incited, or caused the arrest or imprisonment. 4 When the plaintiff has shown that he was arrested, imprisoned or restrained of his liberty by the defendant, “the law presumes it to be unlawful.”

Thus it has been held that in false imprisonment suits the defendant, in order to escape liability, must either prove that he did not imprison the plaintiff or he must justify the imprisonment.

Stated another way, “the burden is upon the defendant to show that the arrest was by authority of law.”

Just establish who you are with every level of Constitutional government, – a Sui Juris (living, by right) citizen of the Republic state, then register your car Lawfully to yourself, tell the fraudulent state revenue collectors to shove their state tag (tax receipt), and put your notice of Lawful Immunity on your property.

You will likely be falsely arrested/imprisoned before you can say “Sovereign Immunity Act”.

What is referred to here as a state citizen is one of the People of the Republic state that have inherited ALL of the power. And having rights long antecedent to the formation of the state Republic. Those People who authored the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitutions.


Not commissioners, voted to a paycheck by mere "residents" for claiming to be to be a lawful authority of a Defacto corporation doing business for themselves by overthrowing the People of the Republic county.

You are very likely to be much more qualified to go into the Republic preservation business on your own Lawful authority than any so-called “commissioner” voted by mere residents, and having no delegation of authority at all, with regard to the People of the county.

What is even better than that, you were born with the right, and lawful authority to police the police of your state, county, city while the actual sheriff had to reduce him/herself to “resident” status to be voted to the paycheck by other “residents” having no Lawful authority as “citizens”. They are pretend officers hired by non-citizens, to beat-up and rob other residents.

As if it is not enough that a city cop or county deputy is assaulting (by false arrest) you on the side of the Public-right-of-way, without any Lawful Probable cause or jurisdiction/authority.

The bad faith on the part of your local warlords (Municipal corporation) is fairly obvious, as the criminals have every faith that the People will never prosecute them.

Ridding your Republic city or county of this type of crime is an excellent reason. Especially, when your lawful and peaceful Republic has been over-run with a corporate “he said, she said” form of government for the profit of few, at the expense of the many People of the Republic.

Beside all of those obvious reasons there is one great reason that has a lot of appeal to People desiring to earn an honest living. That is, prosecuting these criminals, criminally, with a legitimate offer of multiple years in Prison.

Especially since these criminals expect that would never happen, no one would have the nerve to enforce and impose the Law, on them. That is why they promote the "Lie" of "qualified immunity", which is, "we cover each other's criminal asses, in all of our criminal activities (like false arrest/imprisonment, and outright theft of private property, lying, stealing, and cheating)".

They buy insurance too. What is the point of stealing millions per year from the populace, if you can't keep it? 
The crime that was committed against you, may offer a 10 year sentence, and Treason runs up to death. Since your local Municipal corporation is hip-high in, at least FRAUD, they are going to have some massive insurance to pay the damages, and keep them out of the slammer.

Take advantage, ..... they do!

The average false arrest/imprisonment on the side of the road should be worth at least $25,000 to settle with you, and your evidence of their crime, which the idiots will just hand you by the ton. That average false imprisonment will be about 20 minutes. That's plenty of time for you to earn a $25,000 settlement to stop your prosecution of false arrest/imprisonment!

Arrest you is the first thing the Revenue Officer does. Since he has no Lawful Probable cause (a crime) robbing you is next. They are so convinced they will “get away with it”, they imprison you with no evidence at all, giving you plenty of evidence for your false arrest/imprisonment prosecution.

In the example above, the traveler being assaulted with false arrest/imprisonment has signaled and authorized the criminal assault by affixing an official “STATE” Tag on their mobile property. Basically stating to any police, “assault me, rob me, I don’t mind”. I think that you own my mobile property, “so go ahead and abuse me in any way, I will comply. I am afraid of you.”

Cops have no lawful cause to imprison anyone, unless they have evidence that you did a crime! Without that, they are clowns in clown suits assaulting you! For the monetary gain of a Municipal corporation (city/town/county/state)

However, when you have your mobile property clearly marked, notifying any police, even the most stupid of “order followers”, will usually decide to stay away from you, and your mobile property. They might not comprehend that you, as a citizen of the Republic state, are immune from their corporate government jurisdiction. But, their boss men will explain it to them if you can manage to be falsely imprisoned, and charge them with the crime. Assault is still a crime, and when order followers are acting on orders of the boss men, the boss men get charged too. You will have already notified the entire county commission, or city counsel, of your immunity. If they have the hired the thugs, they can suffer for the crimes committed by them.

(a) Whoever plunders, steals, or destroys any money, goods, merchandise, or other effects from or belonging to any vessel in distress, or wrecked, lost, stranded, or cast away, upon the sea, or upon any reef, shoal, bank, or rocks of the sea, or in any other place within the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

The 11th amendment foreign citizens cannot invoke the judicial powers of the States.

Title 28 USC 3002, 15(a) States the definition of the United States means a federal corporation.

Foreign sovereign immunity act of 1976 section 1605 through 1608 hold government actors of the United States liable for the tort of trespass or any injury or damage against The sovereign people of the Article 4 citizens of the several States.

attorneys are considered foreign agents under the foreign agent registration act of the United States FARA and are subjects of the bar association and are Esquires of the knights of the inns of court who answered directly to the Queen of England.

Corporations cannot govern we the people of the citizens of the several States with entitlements of privileges and immunities in article 4 section 2 of the constitutional contract.

Permitting for your shipping container home

Getting the permits for your container home, store, or commercial structure.

The word is out,…. this is challenging and difficult in the United States. It is also the first thing to do, no matter what any structure will be built from. Once you have the shipping_containers_yardproperty for your project, if you want to avoid the very high costs of conventional construction by using shipping containers as the structure, you should make sure the permit road is clear even before you finance or make the decisions on financing.

The reason for this is that only true shipping container construction will allow you to build as fine a structure as you can get, for 65% of value. Yes, that is not a typo, not even close. While conventional construction has maintained a value that average people simply can’t afford, only the retired shipping container offers a building unit that is:

For a good reason, they are already built, and even if you want to pay a "makework" contractor to build them over again, the really hard part is spending a lot of your money doing it. So even if you do it wrong, it will probably still come out, strong, square, termiteproof, and affordable.

You might even be able to pay Bob Vila to stop in and shoot the breeze for an hour…. without breaking the budget. The huge costs just aren't there.
