Because if the Cop/Deputy/trooper has no evidence that you committed some sort of a crime (damage to property or People) he/she has already assaulted you with a false arrest, under color of Law.
Without damage to persons, or property. There is no such thing as a Constitutional traffic arrest. Every “stop” is an “arrest”, since both words mean the same thing.
No doubt, the cop will also charge you with being some sort of “driver” (commercial activity), and even if you have a license to do that, unless the cop can prove that someone is paying you to haul passengers, or goods for pay, he or she has made a false arrest.
Because you are not in the capacity of a “driver”. “Driving” is a commercial activity that you are NOT doing, unless you are being paid to do it.
There are no laws against you going to the store, owning a car, or deciding who you are in the free Republic that we live in. Of course, that doesn’t stop folks that can’t make a living without a lot of lying, cheating, and stealing from other folks.
So we have this huge con-game happening all across America, where the lowest, and most rotten of folks tell you from the time you are born, that you must have their permission to live.
WHY?
Because they suppose they are better than you. Whoever, and whatever “they” are. They believe themselves to be better than you, and they hate you for reminding them that they are wrong, constantly. They hate you even more, because you are free. You remind them of what they could have been, and their only solution is to beat you down, for a paycheck.
So they (being criminals) have designed a criminal “system” to do that for them, since they are powerless. Of course, they are stupid too, and they built their “system” on the quicksand of fraud, which destroys everything it touches. So, even if you do get conned into getting a Driver’s license, it is meaningless as evidence that you willfully volunteered to be a slave/property of the District of Columbia/Congress.
Even if you actually believe that the 50 several American states are “ruled” by the “District”, that idea is a meaningless fraud that is VOID, because it is fraud. Just like the popular fraud that you “must” register your car to the District, through the corporate state. Fraud = nothing.
The supposed court case against you for going to the store on the Public-right-of-way, falls in the same hole. Void for want of jurisdiction, since your state went corporate, and signed up in the foreign jurisdiction of the “District” corporation, by becoming a corporate entity itself, and abandoning the People, and their charter as a Republic (a land authorized by the People, upon their Lawful authority, as Sovereign (the supreme political authority) individuals governing themselves).

Prosecute the criminals, and the crime will recede and disappear. False arrest/imprisonment is crime, so is fraud, and fraud brings a big bonus too. Like when the car dealer tells you, “Yeah, we need you to sign that power of attorney so that we can register your new car, for you.”
It is never the actual truth, it is always the fraud that destroys the most solemn of contracts. The dealer lies to you, so that you will authorize the “surrender” of the ultimate evidence of ownership (the Lawful Title to your mobile property, to the fictional state). The fictional STATE now implies that IT owns your car, and they are allowing you to use it, for the fee of the tag and registration. Now, you are supposedly commanded to get a license, and reduce yourself to a person/”driver”. A mere “resident” that is “subject” to the rule of Congress, as IT’s chattel property, to “drive” it’s car that you gifted to IT.
You are conned for your authority, and that is a crime because it damages you and yours. Prevent it, it is not imposed by Law.
It is that simple to live free, at Liberty, in a country devoted to that principle.
In America, we are ALL born free, and in possession of our Lawful Authority over ourselves. Never let it go, or turn it over to some corporate Lackey.
